Example from the French dairy sector

Interview

Franck Hornuel is a dairy farmer in the department of Meuse in the Grand Est region. He manages a farm with about 100 dairy cows. To monitor his production and breeding parameters, he uses the digital tool DataHUB 360° proposed by his breeding consulting organization Optival. This tool allows him to reconcile the data from the breeding cycles (inseminations, etc.) and the production data supplied by the milking robot.
Thomas Janier-Dubry is a consultant at Optival and is responsible for monitoring Mr. Hornuel's farm. With the help of the tool DataHUB 360° , monitoring and consulting can be carried out in a very responsive manner, as the tool is very reactive in detecting malfunctions or slippages.
